What is a homeless heart? It has nothing to do with where you live or work. It's not about what car you drive or the brand of clothes your wear. A homeless heart is no respecter of persons. It isn't about how fat or small your bank account looks, your heritage or even the color of your skin.
A homeless heart is a condition, created not so much by circumstances or situations, but instead by how we choose to respond to them. The real kicker? Anyone - yes, you and me are anyone - can have tenets of a homeless heart. And any of us can overcome our homeless heart.
Homeless Hearts is a journey, not about physical homelessness, but about a condition that potentially lives in every woman or man. The journey is mine and that of friends and acquaintances who allowed me to share their stories as well.
